Kampus BuyBack "Mountain Ticket" Giveaway
The terms for the "Mountain Ticket" giveaway are, but not limited to, the following:
1. Giveaway Terms & Stipulations
The "Mountain Ticket" Giveaway (giveaway, hereonin) is a promotional event sponsored by FOF Technologies, LLC (FOF Tech, heronin), the creators of Kampus BuyBack, that invites all participants to sign up with the Kampus BuyBack platform in order to be a part of a draw.
The giveaway is intended only as a temporary promotional event that begins on October 14th at 11:00, and ends on November 9th at 18:45. This event is not to be confused with other events that FOF Tech is, or will be holding in the future.
Participants are users who sign up with Kampus BuyBack through the company website (https://kampusbuyback.com/index.php/en/signup) within the designated time frame. If users sign up after the the event/draw is over, they will not be considered as part of the giveaway.
The Grand Prize (prize, hereonin) consists of a free ticket to HK til fjells 2018, supplied by FOF Tech. The winner shall be determined by draw.
2. Limitations
The giveaway is only supplying an invite to be a part of a draw during this promotional event. If a user signs up for the application within the designated time-frame, they will automatically be a part of the draw.
Users may not sign up on other people´s behalf. Each registering user must be signing up with their own information only. One account per user is eligible for entry. Users found with multiple accounts will be automatically disqualified and/or removed from the draw.
3. Time Frame
The giveaway begins on October 14th at 11:00, and ends on November 9th 18:45.
Participants must sign up to Kampus BuyBack before November 9th, at latest 18:45, otherwise they forfeit the right to participate in the giveaway.
4. Receiving of Promotional Gift Item
Participants of the giveaway draw will be able to collect the prize, if they win, no earlier than November 9th at 18:00. On this date, a draw-event at Høyskolen Kristiania will take place. In order for a winning Participant to receive their gift, they must be physically present at the location where the draw-event is being held. The location of the event will be e-mailed to each participant 1 week prior to the draw. If a winning participant is not physically present to claim their gift, then their names will be removed from the roster, and another name will be pulled from the list of participating students in order to determine a new winner of the Mountain Ticket giveaway.
The same holds true for all other draw prizes.
5. Notification of Participation
If you signed up within the allotted time frame of the promotional event, you will be notified by email with a confirmation of the participation.
A follow-up email will be sent to you one (1) week before we announce the winner of the prize.
